What's the plan?

In order to make change, we use the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF). 
The SPF is a five step process.
  1. Assesses the local situation 
  2. Evaluates the capacity and readiness of the community
  3. Planning a way to address what you'd like to change
  4. Implementing strategies to make a change
  5. Evaluate if you were successful
​Out of this we get a complete Action Plan and Logic Model. Our Logic Model is jam-packed with information.
​It can be read left to right, right to left or column by column.
​It can be dense, please let us know if you have any questions about it.
